Regulatory Committee Forms Groups to Address Competition Rules, Labor Law, Single Digital Market Regulation and More

On March 8, 2022, Regulatory Committee members came together virtually to discuss the most relevant issues related to the legal regulatory environment, and agreed to set up several temporary working groups to continue the professional consultation on targeted topics such as public procurement procedure in case of cartels, the changes in the application of consumer regulatory framework, the competition rules and the single digital market regulation, and some labor law implementation obligations based on EU directives.

Consultation will continue soon, we encourage members to join the newly formulated groups.
