The Budapest multi-functional GBS Center, opened in 2018, is an integral part of Thermo Fisher’s global business services strategy, with the vision to be the transformative backbone of the company. The Budapest site is designed to serve our customers in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region in different workstreams, such as customer care, Life Sciences Technical Support and our IT Center of Excellence.
