Thanksgiving Charity Dinner by AmCham and Budapest Marriott Hotel, one of the most cherished events in our calendar finally returned after a two-year hiatus to support the work of the AmCham Foundation and SOS Children's Villages, and to celebrate a great American tradition on November 22.
Our 330 guests were treated to a fantastic live performance by Vera Tóth before we opened the special Thanksgiving buffet, highlighted by roasted turkey, mashed potato, mac and cheese, pecan and pumpkin pie. To have a proper celebration, Diageo served wonderful cocktails throughout the evening, we made tons of great photos with the SelfieMe photoboot, and Starbucks gave us the boost after the feast just in time for the silent auction and the raffle where we collected more than 4,2M HUF to aid the foundations who help children in need.
The smallest ones enjoyed a special performance by the Eszter-lánc Fairytale Band before getting an early visit, and presents, by Santa Claus.
