ExxonMobil’s Global Business Center in Hungary is expanding the scope of services with a new department for Environmental & Property Solutions, effective February 1, 2021. This organization functions as a global and regional talent hub for business enablement activities in support for ExxonMobil’s environmental and property solutions, including program support, business analysis and vendor management.
The new positions will add high value opportunities to ExxonMobil Hungary and complement the existing career offerings in Budapest in the fields of Finance, IT, and Commercial Operations for Upstream and Downstream. The Environmental & Property Solutions department is responsible for planning, acquiring and selling real estate, building operations and the supporting and innovating of workplaces. They also manage the long term environmental liability undertaking remediation projects and as a good corporate citizen working to return land into suitable beneficial use in partnership with the communities that ExxonMobil operates in.
We’re excited to appoint Zsuzsanna Schleisz as the department head for the new Environmental & Property Solutions organization, in the new position of Global Business Enablement Manager. Zsuzsanna is also appointed as Managing Director of ExxonMobil Hungary – in addition to the existing six Managing Directors. Zsuzsanna will become the first Hungarian appointed as a department head, and first female on the Board of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Hungary LLC.

The ExxonMobil affiliate in Hungary was established in 2004 and has grown into a mature organization with more than 2,000 employees. The center provides a wide range of services to ExxonMobil businesses around the word, primarily in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
