EU Pay Transparency Directive – Not just a HR project, it’s a cultural change

On October 28, AmCham’s HR Committee gathered to discuss the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implications for our members. After an opening by dr. Róbert Dobay, AmCham's HR Committee Char, dr. Dániel Gera, Office Managing Partner of Schönherr Attorneys at Law introduced the key points covering the new obligations for pay transparency before employment, the right for employees to access pay information, and the necessity for companies to report gender pay gaps. In a roundtable discussion, participants could share their experience with each other and talk about the impact it may have on companies and the labor market across the EU.

A special thanks to Diageo for hosting us!
