We are excited to invite you to a special HR Committee meeting on Supporting Changes at Workplaces, designed specifically for HR professionals. In today's dynamic workplace, HR plays a pivotal role in managing change effectively. This meeting will delve into the methods and strategies that have proven to be most effective in the current environment, with a focus on HR's unique challenges and opportunities.
Company culture and values should not only be understood and internalized in the organization, but it is critical that employees demonstrate them in their everyday decisions and behaviors.
During the workshop, we will:
- Review classic Change Management methods and their (in)effectiveness.
- Introduce innovative behavioral change techniques for organizational change.
- Identify a core company value and define related behaviors.
- Develop a systematic behavioral design process to embed these behaviors in daily work.
- Teach participants to apply behavioral science to change management.
- Equip participants with a powerful neuroscience-based framework for transformation.
The workshop is held by Róbert Dobay, Managing Director, Menedzsmentor; Chair of AmCham's HR Committee and Zsuzsa Lázár, People & Culture Expertise Center Manager, UniCredit Bank Hungary.
